Some help (League)

So I've been playing lately and I keep getting crappy teams and fricking junglers that say theyre going to guard the nexus while were getting ganked like 1 meter away from them. Anyways looking for some people or anyone who would like to play with me league not level 30 yet level 11 but im slowly getting there. I like to play with other people/friends as the queue is shorter and its just funner. '-'.
