Magi - Analysis and Opinions. (Might contain spoilers)
Hello Everyone.
So I just finished the two seasons of Magi Anime.
While watching Magi I noticed some hints about cultures in our real life.
So it is very clear that the main culture the anime is following is the Persian culture (AKA in our days Iranian), thats because the two main characters
are called Aladdin and Alibaba, which is taken from "One Thousand and One Nights".
"One Thousand and One Nights" is a work of collected stories from the Islamic Golden Age.
Two known stories are "Aladdin's Wonderful Lamp" and "Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves".
The Lamp from "Aladdin's Wonderful Lamp" contains Dijins, that if you rub it they show themsels and grant you wishes (lets reffer it as power)
which is just like in the Anime after the characters make it through a dungeon.

Other cultures that are brought up are like the Chinese, Romes etc.. (A well viewd opinion article about it can be found here :http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=559369).
But there was one culture that got my full attention (For some reason...) is the Magnostadt country of Magicians.
Some People, as well as myself, think that Magnostadt reffers to the Jews or Israel, I want to show you what I think that way.(And no its not becuase I am from Israel or becuase I am Jeiwsh... there are many hints for that).
The first reasons why I think there is a connection which the mangaka wants to show us follow by these:
Symbol - The Magnostadt symbol is a two Squares combined together, that symbol is reffering to the Magic in the anime.
The Star Of David is also believed to have connection with magic and is very likeable the Magnostadt symbol (Star Of David is Hexagram, of a two combined triangles). In the Anime the name Solomon is used often, and another name of "Star Of David" is "Seal Of Solomon".

Names- Solomon (Hebrew - Shlomo, Arabic - Sulaymān) was the king in the Kingdom of Israel, at the times, there were two neighboring kingdoms - Israel and Judah. In the Anime Solomon also ruled as a great king in another world he lived in. Solomon was all known for his wisdom and we can see our main character having the most drastic change after he achieves the "wisdom of Solomon" We also notice a character name called Judar, which is a messenger of the Kou Empire (Chiniese), but it is very close to the name of Judah.

Words-In Magnostadt it's the first time we really get to think of "magicians" and "non-magicians", those who were "non-magicians" were called Goi, which is cery similar to ancient Hebrew word "Goy" which means Stranger/Nation. it is also used for "Jews" and "Non-jews" tho sometimes its used in an offensive way of a rude word, Like in the anime where the principal of Magnostradt academy looks at the gois as beasts that should work for the magicians, Now this is intersting becuase this is where we get to see our new topic.

Born Of Israel- In the Anime, the places where the magicians arrived they brought Health and Wealth, which is also a stereotype against the banker jews. (in a way it connects), But when it was a rough time, there were rumours against the magicians (like bringing disses).
That reminds the way of the europens treating Jews, some say that becuase that they are rich the other people are poor, or that jews take christians kids blood to make their Matzahs.In the Anime, after seeing that, the princial decides to create a country for magicians (the movement of Zionism)
where Gois and Magicians live together in the country as citizens, but the propose of the country is to be for the magicians.
