The launcher requires administrator privileges because it downloads update/patch files and needs to move those files around in the Program Files directory.
Sounds almost like your same post from last month.

Unknown publisher because our executables are unsigned (remember we are a private server - not official).
Also it looks like you played FGunZ in 2019 for over 100 hours, it was the same thing back then, so I don't understand where your concerns come from now.
