THIS THREAD IS FOR WEBSITE SUGGESTIONS!
NOT FOR IN-GAME/CLIENT/SERVER/FORUM SUGGESTIONS!
Here are some of the ideas which were posted in the suggestions thread which will be implemented into the new website.
- There will be a countdown timer on the main page which displays when a scheduled event will take place. So for example, a little block on the website will display: "10:05:01 until an event" which obviously means 10 hours, 5 minutes and 1 second until the scheduled event.
- Live display of the latest clan wars, duel tournaments, level ups, played quests, etc. It will update whenever there's new information available.
- When you hover your mouse over a character or clan name, a widget will pop-up with information about this character or clan.
- The ranking pages will have advanced search options; order by any type and browse through an unlimited amount of pages.
- Country ranking.
- Advanced clan management, possibility to give administrators in your clan the possibility to kick members on the site. The leader of the clan will have access to a log of the administrators.
- You will be able to see all online users. There will be an option to opt-out for this so your name will not be displayed in the list.
- Donating will be easier with step by step instructions and a progress bar.
- When you're muted, you will be able to see how many hours/days left instead of the unmute timestamp.
- Show ban reason when a banned user tries to login.
- New donation methods. (May not be possible.)
More ideas are welcome and I'll see if I will implement them into the new website.

I already told Linear to add a /GM command that would show in-game which staff is online and or /GM <msg> to message all Game Moderators that are available :3

Wouldnt it even be better when you hover your mouse over am character to see what donor items it has in the equipment? Like a first screem saying which clan then it fades away for the list of items, would be easier to transfer and saves irritatioms.

Coming from a member's perspective, these features really excite me. I mean, the specified features add so much more epicness to the whole thing. Extremely excited to see all of this come to fruition.

Some people want information like this to be private so I'll probably keep the inventory private.

:o! What about adding people to your clan through the website? If one of your friends wanted to join but u couldn't use the computer.. you can just do it on the website :P
Also, the ability to move all your donation items to storage within 1 click.. would be so much easier if you wanted to play on an alternative character..

Dave won't add one on purpose.
He always waits a few days after 1st day of the new month so we can make sure people who are about to receive their awards did not cheat to get rank 1/2/3 so timer is pointless.

Make it so the last login on the website for yourself and others shows in your timezone. Like right now, mine says my last login was at 4:42 a.m. on August 4th, even though I last logged in at 10:42 p.m. on August 3rd xD.

People misunderstand the purpose of this thread, this thread is for website suggestions for V8 (fgunz.net), this thread is not for suggestions for the client/server/forum.

Damn you, I lost thanks because of that. I demand them back :C ! Anyways, seeing your reaction the forum suggestion was good as well, so I'll make it here again:

I usually use this forum by looking at the top 5, I know you can expand this (not that easily though). Whenever I visit and all 5 are appeals, reports or completed reports and whatnot then I don't even bother reading the threads etc. It's rather annoying clicking them and having 5/5 or even 2 or 3 of them giving you the message that we cannot view them. My suggestion was removing that section from the action list. I understand we can't view the threads, but excluding the section from the active feed list would solve all the issues.

It has been suggested a few times, but since its about fgunz.net then ill write it again.
It's pretty annoying when I want to transfer or gift lucky boxes from one account to another by gifting 1 at a time. I think you should add a function or something which allows us to put the lucky boxes' number we want to gift.
So as for example, if I write the number 7, it will gift the first 7 lucky boxes.

Not really a feature, but the website feels really cramped and uncomfortable. There's a lot of room on the edges, but everything is in a cluster in the center. Could just be my large monitor though.

You mean checkboxes to select multiple boxes?
If so, that shouldn't be too hard to add.

More colors is also considered as a client feature as the website will only give people the possibility to actually change a name with the new colors.

When you log in, it would be nice feature to have an "Who's online" kind of tab which tells you if any of your friends or clan mates are on.
If you wanna get crazy, then adding another feature which allows communication between in game players via the website lol though I doubt I can see this happening

It's a php framework, it doesn't do shit in itself. It just makes it easier for the programmer to create a nice and quick website with all the tools build in.

Also not a bad framework but I use CakePHP because of the neat coding standards and implementations, advanced and clear documentation and it's functionality.

If I am correct it will only show the people who enabled showing their country on fgunz.net (Fgunz.net > My account).
It would search for all the people that enabled it and put them in a separate list and rank it by exp. like the current ranking does, so it would kind of show who would be "the best of their country".

And I think the live updating of information is fabulous. Thanks Dave. Potentially more forum customization as well (themes/color schemes)?

Also, don't forget to make the individual rankings page have as many pages as need =o

You can see the value of USD > coins on the donation page.
There will be an infinite amount of pages at all rankings.

This is kinda off-topic but to answer your question since it's related to it, I've already suggested to Linear to add a command when you type /GM or /Staff in-game it would display who is online and available.
