It doesn't matter where your from, with that type of connection you'll have an okay ping (: plus I dont even lag with people from europe, maybe 100 ping, aswell as people from europe aren't lagging from playing on the chicago server, so what does a better server mean? better pings for people who are close together!

The lags are because of the distance or a bad connection and not because of the server
