Thing is, when you report someone for UCing, YOU are convinced that this guy is an UCer. That doesn't mean that he's actually UCing.
A lot of times people report other people for UCing while it's just a lagg/spike.

There's no 100% way to spot it. So stop bullshitting around that we should hire staff that can spot it.
