Their movements are ALL glitchy. My ping is fine, Download and Upload speed as well. All of these are stable. Its been an entire week, so what's the problem?"

Otherwise its just your friends graphic card being bonkers on older games (as gunz is from 2004 ...)
Newer graphic cards can have minor issues with old games, so, theres that.
(Just because of the fact that the hardware is too powerfull, example -> dos games)
