    I recently changed my OS from Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit to Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit, I installed FGunZ but on the launcher the patch failed after trying to download Gunz.exe.

    Turn off anti-virus, windows firewall, add GunZ.exe to both AV & Firewall exclusion list > retry patching the files.
