Tired of the noobs on EUW/NA and my mate wants to move on the Korean server since players there are better clearly cuz asian level.

Is there anyone who knows how to create 2 accounts, one for me and one for my mate and if so, willing to share?

I know I need a KSSN to register but didn't end well, obviously failed cuz not from Korea.

If there is anyone who is Korean, willing to create two accounts? '-'

Running away from EUW seems stupid. You're gonna face high ping and a language you wont understand. It's like going for a remarriage but then realizing after a year that the new wife has issues as well. Seems pointless to invest RP at all doing that move, just get better Georgio.
