In this case, I am using Euro GunZ.
1) Open up your GunZ folder. You can do this by going to START>>COMPUTER>>(CDRIVE>>PROGRAM FILES>>Freestyle Gunz...

2) Now locate to your cross-hair folder. CUSTOM>>CROSSHAIR. Now your Crosshair folder will most likely be Empty, and it'll look like this:

3) Now that you've accessed your cross-hair folder, your gonna want to find a good cross-hair that you want to use.

4) Now that you've got your custom crosshairs, place them in your GunZ crosshair folder:

5) Name your green crosshair "Crosshair" and your red one "Crosshair_Pick"
6) Now, for the last part, Load GunZ and go to OPTIONS>>MISC>>CROSSHAIR>>CUSTOM. Then your all done !
