Indeed, but let's say that you used this for fGunZ and another server is using one similar...
Don't you think that's the similarity is enough to be mentioned as at least a classification of ripping?
The point really is that it very well is similar in the creation that it is clear inspiration/ripping of some sort.

Overall, it is very nice that you make it. I'm curious about the Hexagon pattern, did you create your own pattern or overlay a hexagon wallpaper?
Because I also notice that it is too dark, so it seems like a Hexagon Wallpaper Overlay on the City Wallpaper.

One other thing to consider...
This person obviously seen the other launcher which was posted originally on another server(the one I come from).
And he never posted it on that server, yet is clearly apart of it...
Why is that?
I'm assuming it's because he knew they would complain about the similarity.
