Windows 8 -> click start, type mouse into the search field and click on settings, switch to the pointer options tab and adjust your speed to your liking.
Windows 7 -> control panel -> mouse -> switch to the pointer options tab and adjust your speed to your liking.

I always keep it on default in game and edit it on the computer itself I don't think there's a big need of being able to do a 360 in a second flat.

Uh, you shouldn't need to put it that high... Unless you're trying to turn "360 degrees" with the flick of a wrist? 360 is hardly needed on gunz; I would honestly suggest 270 max. Anyway, most gamers seem to suggest changing the in-game settings as much as possible before messing with the windows setting. That should be kept at 6/11 for accuracy, or so I've heard numerous times.

Maybe it's a problem with ur mouse if u have to increase sens that high. My sens is under 2000 with less than 1000 dpi so.....
