if u dont have coin to buy donation med , take pills than vials because its faster to use not like vials that has 1000delay
but if u have coin to buy donation med, just take the donation med its still the best

The lvl 50 pills and vials are better in my opinion. Actually you can try both pills & vials and donation meds(3 hour free trial) and see which one you prefer. But for myself, i'd prefer the pills and vials.

pills/vials are better cause you can heal instantly while meds take longer to heal with and your enemy can charge at you while medding so yea pills/vials are more op.
