- Clean cache
- Clean browser
- Run CCleaner
If this is not working, I am guesing you're having malware that's editing your pictures or whatsoever.
Does this problem with weird images occur to other websites to?
ex; Facebook or youtube?

I find this pretty weird.
Rendering issues, most common when it comes to beta versions of Chrome. Are you running a beta version?
Disable CSS Styling > Clear cache > Restart browser > Enable CSS Styling.
Edit:
Had to fix the post, didn't know that you can't disable images. You will need the Chrome Web Developer plugin to disable CSS.

Do you have any weird plugins or speed optimization plugins installed in Chrome? Disable them.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.

this happens to me sometimes not on fgunz site ever sometimes on youtube or facebook I usually just wait abit then refresh and it goes away
