Try re installing chrome. That should reset everything, and it should be good to go. Does this occur on internet explorer if you tried?

ill try re installing chrome and about Internet Explorer whenever i open it a new tab off chrome opens lol

reinstalled chrome and deleted speed browser but still have this problem

restart all. from internet to your pc.
clear browsing data. check all the boxes under it and Obliterate the following items from the beginning.
Use CCleaner too.

Try to open the forum in otehr browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox and Opera. If its the same, then its an issue with your firewall/internet

i cleared all browsing data earlier and im not sure about CCleaner dont think i need it

just try about the CCleaner thing. and you have restarted your net too right?
