basically this, if someone uses his name (and presumably impersonates him), can something be done about it?

speaking from my own views, you should report him for harrassment and see what happens. i don't know how the GM's will respond to this tho, as this situation isn't something that can be looked up in the rules

as long as the user is not talking in a way that he actually is the other "pussinboots" (this thread owner), than we can't do anything about it, having the same name as one another is not against the rules.
