Reason: Threatening to DDoS me as well as flaming me. due to my past as a GM, I'm quite certain that behaviour like this should result in a permanent IP ban.

I am not satisfied with the judgement rocka had made on this report, It had come to my awareness that simply the act of saying "come to this server bla bla bla" is a justified reason for a permanent ban, as witnessed with Vinci's case.
A mere warning and a 24 hour mute wont stop this guy from continuously harassing me, stalking me, chat invite spamming me, flaming me and not to mention advertising, thus i'd like another GM to have a look at the report.
