    Eh maybe try chaning the power settings, might be set up for power saving rather than performance

    Your power settings may contain settings that enables the Intel GPU once it reaches a certain battery level.
    You'll have to make sure that your NVIDIA GPU is used at all times.
    It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
    I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
    There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
    And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

    okey I will take a look at the settings, but do you know how I can see it is using my dedicated GPU and not the intergrated one because when I turn the intergrated one off it doesnt get anywhere near decent graphic performance

    BTW I tested this at a charge rate of 60-70%

    Problem solved ! idk why but when I deleted the config and manually reconfigured my settings ( i usually take the one I sync with my Onedrive ) my fps was fixed. thankyou for the replys l0l

    Might be one of the graphics related settings at the 1337 menu option tab 2.

    turning off multisampling did the trick, weird that my GTX 970 can easily get 800 fps stable with multisampling on 8x but the gtx960M kills it self with it tough they were almost the same specs , thanks for the replys. problem fixed for real now.

    I'm gonna leave your topic opened for a while, just in-case you still end up having FPS issues since I want to keep on improving the FAQ thread.

    EDIT:

    Next time when you have issues make a topic here;

    The 970 and 960m aren't almost the same. the gtx 970 has a 256bit bus compared to a 128bit bus on the gtx 960m, and the gtx 970 has 224GB/Sec bandwidth compared to 80GB/Sec on the gtx 960m. The gtx 970 also has 3 times the cuda cores of a gtx 960m, im not surprised 8x multisampling killed your framerate.
