Its pretty much what suits you. Ask yourself, are you a Keyboard player or a mouse player? if you are more of a mouse player, here is my setup.
Sword : Scroll up
Reload : Middle Click
Wep 1 : Scroll down
Wep 2 : E
Defense : Right click

(Middle click is the button that clicks when you press on your scroll wheel)

man in db you just have to press DD AA or AA DD as fast as you can xd. Singaporean players are obviously doin dashbreak all the time they even use macro or idk.
hard for me to explain but its like instead doing the DD AA it would be like DD A+scroll up

Wheel down - D

It's hard for me though. I can only do it in one side lol.

you should try dhs under hp spot in town.
it helped me making my db faster and also my dhs looks like it is glitched if my fps is normal so i can perform it well
