About ^6Kageto^A: You did inform him twice and he left every time you informed him so that's fine, he wasn't trying to abuse and gain any advantages, no actions will be taken.

About orkam: User has been warned.

About ^IM^9ern^Ia^A: He wasn't attacking anyone and he also left every time you both told him he was spiking, no actions will be taken.

About cosanostraM: He left half a minute after you informed him about his net issues so I dunno what you mean by "warned, stayed". However, that's the third time he gets reported for spiking so user has been verbally warned.

Also, Zoom#1, it looks like you don't understand the point of the report section. When JustRelax informed ^IM^9ern^Ia^A about his net issues you told him: "Don't tell him to fix, I want to report". The point of the report section is to report the people who are aware of the unfair advantages they gain, not to report just because you dislike that person, seems like most of the people report others just for disliking them.
