i guess 11 dmg better then, though 2 bullets aren't enough for that dmg ? wat u think
maybe make 11 dmg 3 bullets? and delay can be a bit higher

i'd have to play with them more to form a opinion about it tbh

but as it stands i think the current donors already kill fast with 9 dmg, 11 dmg 2 bullets like Verqi suggested sounds fair i guess. maybe 3 bullets if the hp/ap gets turned up. would rly have to try them out more to form a real opinion
