You made a good point, But if by spectating HP/AP/DMG were hidden then how would you know there HP? The only way to know is by assuming, & normally assumptions are wrong, unless your guessing there HP by how many times they've medded. & What if people in your clan were forbidden to watch you spectate reducing the percentage of trolls and or cheating.
Maybe people just want to simply spectate a game. Like i said it was just a thought.
.... and this is where you get into the ethics of programming.
Is disabling some hardware while the game is being played really an invasion of privacy?
Is a RAT really that bad if we are just making sure hacks aren't being used?
Is it wiretapping if we are just making sure users aren't cheating in our games?
There is always a way per se, but nothing that would be fair to subject our player base to.
How about:
FGUNZ.net/cw should have a replay for each clan war, the recorder is picked at random by GunZ.
this way, people are able to watch clanwars and also see whether or not the random recorder is legit (shotbot, aimfix, uc, esp would be obvious from the recorders perspective).

If I am following Inori right, the person recording the match wouldn't even know he or she was doing it.
Simply put, the game would start recording as soon as the match starts and as soon as it ends, it is uploaded to the server. GZR files are really small so extra bandwidth would not be a problem.
Yes, there are no negatives to this, is there? Maybe hide the team chat since information from them might be private? Other than that:
spectators can watch to see a particular players' perspective
they can decide whether to report as well, if they spot something fishy
less hackers will cw knowing that they have a 1/4 chance of being recorded.
