Constant spike in cw - Strait

5 recordings of about 5~10 minutes long, very consistent spike, repeatedly telling him to stop. I recorded this, posting because my clan mates asked me to.
He might not be spiking all the time, but he spikes consistently and it gives him an unfair advantage.
