for any GM: he flamed more than ones, and he said to george I flamed him before then a GM declined my report, he got no proof that I flamed him, he said to me 'Your mom' so I told him 'Your mom' and thats not a flame
I wish that report be accepted this time.if declined, please don't lock it till I give my opinion about why it declined.
