What weapons do the most damage? Well, I'm here to answer that question!
In terms of best weapons:
Note: THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE RSING WHICH WILL CAUSE HIGH DELAY ITEMS SUCH AS SNIPERS AND ROCKETS TO JUMP GREATLY. SNIPERS MAY INFACT DO THE MOST DAMAGE.

Things that make me curious:
SMG > Ownage > Donor Rifle?
Why is the instant shotgun doing 252 damage? lol.
Donor meds are worse than regular meds? They were always close, but donor was always ahead.
