Can you tell me more about the situation? This one screenshot doesn't help us much.

he just started the vote out of nowhere.. if there was a malicious intent i would have recorded the the eentire match.. but since it came out of nowhere all i could do was take a quick screenshot.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt even though you only provided 1 screenshot. I sent him an offline message about it, feel free to report if he does it again.
