That's not a bot, I believe it happened because of his high ping(I've never seen such high ping before lol):

That 'bot' wasn't actually attacking you, maybe a rejoin could also fix it btw.
You could also try informing the user about it (You didn't even mention his name in your video, you only said 'a bot following me, ban incoming') and if there's no response then you could also kick him or try to contact an online staff member about it.
