debate... muslims and thier hijaab (hoody hat)
ok.. so lets see........... im venting.. RAWR
anyway....
do you believe..
that if an islamic girl.. comes to a company. and asks to be hired... she fully qualifies.. but when the company asks her if she is willing to remove the hijaab in order to work there, and she refuses. and the company does not hire her..
do you believe this is correct?
my views...
if she wants to work there.. might as well comply with the rules.. if they say discrimination.. its anything but.. its thier right to not hire you. if you want the job badly enough, you will remove the hijaab, no where does it say in the quran, you have to keep it at ALL times.. and anyway, if you really are bound, that well........
then find another place that might hire you.
but i keep hearing this argument from my friends about this, and they say its a wrong practice, and yada yada yada... but its not a practice... its just the rules. for example, at in n out (for those you live in the western united states) wouldnt you think it would be wierd to see a girl wearing a hijaab at the drive through? because in n out has an image.. thats just the easiest situation to understand. also, if you run a certain bussiness, and the way the employee dresses, does not represent the company in the way you want it to. you have the right to refuse employment to them.. just because you are qualified for the job.. does not mean your going to get it.
people dont get jobs for piercing.. tatoos.. bad clothing... bad hygiene.. and various physical and superficial aspects..
so gimmie your views..
