All my items are gone!

I need help!

Leon, Dave or anyone that can help me please...

I log in after a year or so of being inactive and all of my items are missing! I remember having a Mayuri and a Pony Shotgun. Only ones left on my account are Limit Breaker and a Donor Shotgun. WTF happened?

I looked everywhere on all three of my characters and it's all gone, even on the donor storage.

Help me please?

in one of the updates many items got refunded, so check your coin balance you should tell.
