Why does GunZ Hate my Pc?

when ever im in a game where i can be in observer mode or in storage/shop or simply in lobby. my internet dissconnects :( i mean i would be watching people duel most frquently Wayne, and then the red lag sign goes over both their heads. i found a temporary solution to this is to alt tab then come back in. when i do that they start moving a gain. but shortly after the lag thing comes up again. if i dont alt tab then i will get dc'd and server dosent come up. if i alt tab to slow i will see my internet go to not connected.... :( why does it do this. and right now while im typing this message i didnt notice it but my itnernet just went out! why does this happen and it fixes for 20 sec when i alt tab? THIS ALSO HAPPENS TO RLPM! HELP PLEASE!

try to disable the firewall of the router or even portforward.
