A replay is needed when it comes to flaming reports to confirm the other side didn't get provoked. He clearly did get provoked as it's possible to see in your screenshots, both of you were flaming each other but you can still provide a replay if you want.
Ok yea lemme get the replay so you can confirm that he said all the stuff that I have screenshots of him saying. That's not right, I got muted on here for saying someone was dumb as a slug once.
The reason behind the requirement of the replay is in order to ensure that the user reported was not provoked.

Don't bother reporting when you're provoking and insulting back, unless you want to get a punishment together with the player you're reporting.
