Player from 3 years ago needs help

Hello, i need some answers err i've been gone for 2 or 3 years and i want to know if everything is gone i cant seem to log into my old account and it says it doesn't remember my email address. Has everything been wiped again and do i have to start over. I have donated b4 and i would like my items back if possible i have proof here and screen shots of my donation and games years ago.
