If you want a Name Change follow this format.

Notes:
1.) Do not spam the topic with things like: "Please, can an admin change my name or username?" "ChName change now now, pl0x." or anything along those lines.
2.) Wait patiently.
3.) An adminmay refuse to change your name on forums. Do not argue this.
4.) Do not PM the Admins to look at this topic.
5.) Do not change the name too much. If you are doing so, and keep asking for aname change, you, mostly likely, will be refused service.
6.) WE DO NOT HAVE TO CHANGE THE ABOVE. ANY PM`S OR MESSAGES ABOUT IT MAY BE IGNORED.
