Problem: Agent error..... What can i do??????????

PLEASE HELP ME WHAT CAN I DO WHEN I CANT FIGHT,,,,
1.i can start the launcher
2.i can log-in
3.i can join a game
4. i CANT FIGHT!!!!!
i cant fight becoz its says agent error
and the other players in my pc is stack

Ok what you can do is go into options, misc and open up your ports to 1-9999999
