Can't log in to server

Hi , i have a error occur when i try to login to the server, whether i type finished my user and pass, select a server and press login , it will gave a notice please try again in 10 minute, after 10minute i try again but the result is still the same , i notice 1 more thing , the server will always be 16/300 people

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

Server is probably Offline or Server Matainence

oh ok , thank you , but why it never display on the annoucement to tell us the server is offline?

do u encountered this error while u trying to play today?

You know if I got your IP I can report it to your ISP. They don't like it when you spam.
My internet got shut down because I was DDOSing other sites too.
