Dave i need ur help!

So i wanted to change my name , i went on the shop and typed my current name and the name i want to change but when i press ok it says '' you can only change the name of your character '' but the name i put in its the one of my characters , i already asked help from staff but its impossible to change so i think you have to fix it my current name is ^5Cookie e^9x^5e_ and im trying to change it to ^0Tommy^2 thanks

The control panel doesn't recognizes spaces, but it will let you put one.
