Donate Name colour [Shintetzu]

can someone plz explain to me how to donate for name colour.
i have tried before, but alot went wrong since i am not really good with forums.
can anyone tell me if i did anything wrong?

i have donated 30$ in total.
thats 15$ (14$), name change (9$) + name colour(5$).
and 10$ for ghost set, and 5$ for donation dagger.
