katana Sword Made with Maya 3D

Hello Buddies i model a katana in my free time... hope you like and for sure i'm open for Suggestions =D

The blade is way to thick, no blade is that thick.
Stop using google images as your textures maybe?

Actually I've seen blades that thick. They were used by Norwegians once, saw em at a museum.

there is no right and wrong in Texture, so sit down. i can use both with and without but no body cares.

I think the blade part is kinda thick on the top side. Also, the guard is a very smooth cylinder, either make a pretty one or lower the faces imo.

Good job overall, but I think you can do better.

yeah youre right.. i will do better and fix it.
