I don't see anything unusual about the specific person.
And these are replays from 2 months old.
I can't spot the UC but I spot shotbot.
The way the crosshair moves to the player. Also the way he tumbles at most rounds and doesn't miss a single shot.
I'd say yes for shotbot.
