Lvl 99 weapons after rebirth at lvl 38

Reason :- Use of Lvl 99 items after rebirth while on Lvl 38 like Freestyle Sword and Hotshot 4

When you rebirth you can play with level 99 items at the first room you join, but when you leave the room you won't be able to use it again.
