Reminding of the format

its alot easier for the admins to manage the reports and deal with them.

also its good to read this before posting in your report.

if you follow the format:

-faster respond and handling
-easier for admins to deal with it.
-less (false?) denies. (yes, admins may deny the post because the format wasnt followed).
