Um.. I don't really know if we can do anything about that.

We took away the trade section and stopped allowing it, so any trades/purchases you make with other players is all on your hands, and we're not responsible for it. I'll get Dave to look at this.

That's your own fault. I'm pretty sure it's clear that we don't support trading/buying/selling.
The screenshots also do not show that the user you were trading with contacted you in the first place to sell/buy/trade something.
