Noob, using black and white is a really BAD way to escape from choosing/changing colors; noob.
If you're using photoshop: use ctrl+u to open up the hue-saturation window to edit a layer.
If you're not, pray to Jesus God gives you photoshop for christmas.
You're still noob doe.

There's nothing wrong with black/ white.
I think it is too busy for black and white.. If it wasn't as busy it would be fine.

thanks for the guide but even if i will do this which i know how to do...
it would still look like shit i did this signature because i have started to forget how to do
signature's so i did it as practice.
