Description: Player "GunZ" seen with very typical underclock signs. You can see the obvious reduced movement and shorter dash lengths and tumble lengths. Just watch him and switch to another player.. It's obvious to see the speed difference.

also watch from both our perspectives when I try to flip him.. I definitely would have hit him. he floats like a boat
