Where is the "gift event coins" button?

Unfortunately i cannot find the button.. maybe i am blind, maybe i'm not or its just not there.
If you give me the link please tell me where i can find the button..

There's no gift event points function. (And there wont be such function.)

Ok. that's disappointing.
Second thing, do you need to actually have coins so the button will show up? I still cannot see it.
