The lvl 50 pills and vials are better in my opinion. Actually you can try both pills & vials and donation meds(3 hour free trial) and see which one you prefer. But for myself, i'd prefer the pills and vials.
pills/vials are better cause you can heal instantly while meds take longer to heal with and your enemy can charge at you while medding so yea pills/vials are more op.
