First replay is bugged to me, second works fine but I don't see anything wrong in there, good aim, barely misses but short replay (like 5 matches) so I can't really judge by that.. do you have more replays by any chance??

Try re-downloading it I guess, those are the only 2 replays I got.

Re-downloading won't help in this case. Sometimes a replay just gets bugged and there's nothing we can do to fix it.
About the second replay - User seems to have a decent aim. As you can see, he actually aims you. Also, not enough evidence, hard to judge by those few rounds only.
