a fix for alt codes?

could you fix the alt codes ingame? when writing ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) dis for example, itll be displayed as (?? ? ??) ingame '-'

This is probably like this because people were having names with all kind of weird symbols and crap, that are hard/impossible to write.
This makes it harder to report, whisper, /find, etc. People would have almost the same name, but with 1 weird ass little symbol different.
Dont think it will be reverted :o.o

Pretty sure he meant he just wants to be able to type it in chat. Not for char names
