I haven't even been able to access the server the first time, since they restarted the server. I've tried their solution. Needless to say, it failed.

I am getting patch failure. It loads all the files then says "patch failure". I disabled anti virus which was only windows defender and firewall, i added it to the list also.

Problem in the update.
I'm sure it is.
