Missing donation items [Returning Player]

Hi FGunZ Support Team

I'm a returning player and have recently logged back into the game to relise that some donation items I had were gone. I've made sure to check every character's inventory and central bank. (Perhaps I've missed a post regarding removal of some items during the year I was away from the game).

The missing items were specifically:
- 1 Duelisto Shotgun
- 1 Genesis Revenge Shotgun

If I'm not wrong, these items were bought and given to my character called 'MiuNyaa'. I'm sure I've paid fully myself on the fgunz site to acquire these items years ago.
